Meet our staff

JOLEEN CLINE
Joleen is a 1989 graduate of the University of California, Irvine.  She and her husband have lived in Plumas County since 1990 and have 4 sons.  Joleen has worked for a wide variety of business entities including private enterprises, mutual benefit corporations, land developers, non-profit agencies, home owners associations, special districts and non-profit agencies.  She also has 8 years experience in grant writing.  Early in her career, she was employed by the Plumas County Health Dept., and the Plumas County Office of Education.

MAURA TRUITT
Maura is our accounts receivable and payable specialist.   She has the answers if you have a question regarding HOA dues or special assessments.  Maura is the newest member of our team.  Her experience includes owning and managing a book store in Alaska, managing a non profit thrift store, serving on the administration team of a private school, and managing her own investment properties.

CLAUDIA JOHNSON
Claudia is perhaps one of the most recognized personalities in our little mountain town of Portola, in addition to being our front office manager.  She recently retired after a career with Bank of America,  but many of us know her going back farther than that from the Good N Plenty Restaurant, the Feather River Park Resort, and Nicole's Cafe.
