JOLEEN CLINE

Joleen is a 1989 graduate of the University of California, Irvine. She and her husband have lived in Plumas County since 1990 and started this business in Quincy in 1995. Joleen has worked with a wide variety of business entities including private enterprises, mutual benefit corporations, land developments, non-profit agencies, home owners associations, Special Districts and clubs. She also has 8 years experience with grant writing and has worked for several Plumas County social service programs.

Joleen has prepared taxes for the last 21 years and is registered with the California Tax Education Council. The combination of social service experience coupled with fiscal management and tax preparation provides a unique and well rounded understanding of community and business development.  Joleen understands the unique demands and has the tools to promote prosperity for associations and businesses in our beautiful mountain towns.

LORIE GORDON

Lorie has worked for Cline & Associates since 2005.  She is the company specialist in all things “payable” including payroll, vendors, and 1099s.  Lorie has lived in Plumas County since 1997.  

Lorie’s past work experience includes the City of Portola and H & R Block.   She is a registered tax preparer with the California Tax Education Council.

Lorie is the office traveler.  She recently toured Italy from the back of a Harley and has visited New York and the Virgin Islands numerous times.  Her hobbies include, riding her Vespa scooter and riding on the back of her husband’s Harley. She also loves bird watching, fishing, camping and horses.

CAROLYN LORY

Carolyn has worked for Cline & Associates since 2007.  She is responsible for all account receivables.  Carolyn has over 30 years experience in bookkeeping and office administration.  

Carolyn has five grandchildren.   She works in our office part time and we are grateful for her service, experience  and knowledge.
